Terms of service

Prices

All prices on nadinemerz.com are in Danish Kroner DKK incl. 25% VAT. Please note that when you ship to countries outside the EU, there may be additional customs duties that you will have to pay yourself at the time of receipt. These costs are not reflected in your order confirmation.

Purchase

When purchasing a product on nadinemerz.com you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Please note that the order is not accepted until I have double-checked that the requested product is in stock. After this, you will receive a final order and shipping confirmation.

Time of delivery

I am packing parcels once a week every Tuesday evening, therefore the delivery time can be different. Write me a message to hello@nadinemerz.com if you need an item sent within a short time.

Shipment in Denmark

All shipments to Denmark are sent for DKK 60

Shipment outside of Europe

If your country is not listed, write an email to hello@nadinemerz.com to get a shipping price and to know about possibilities for your specific country/region.

Returns

I hope you will be very happy about your purchase, but if not, you are welcome to send it back. Write me a message to hello@nadinemerz.com within 14 days after you receive the items and send them back to the following address:

You have to send your purchase back within 14 days after you contacted me with a return request.

Refund

You are responsible for the costs of sending an item back. In order to get the full amount returned, it must be in its original condition, properly wrapped and not damaged when I receive it.

When returning an item you are responsible for its condition until I receive it. If the item is lost or damaged during the return shipment back to me, you are fully liable for it. It is therefore recommended to save a receipt from the shipping company and a track/trace number.

Damaged parcels

If the parcel or the content is damaged upon the reception, please let me know within 24 hours after reception so I can refund it. 

If this happens, please e-mail me pictures at hello@nadinemerz.com of the parcel, the packaging, and the damaged items. 

I will kindly replace the item or return its cost if it is no longer in stock.

Nadine Merz trades in accordance with the guidelines and laws established by the National Consumer Agency of Denmark. Complaints can be made in accordance with the rules established by the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means that you can make a complaint of defects and faults in the product, which has occurred within 24 months after the purchase. This does, however, not apply to defects, damages, or wear caused by misuse, lacking maintenance, or ordinary wear and tear.

It is important for me to ensure that your personal information is protected when you use my website and service. Therefore, your private data is processed and protected with great care. My policy is updated regularly, so please stay updated when using my website.

I collect personal data that you actively give me, for example, when purchasing a product on the website.

It may in some cases be necessary to use your personal information, for example, when I process your order on my website, or to provide you with an update regarding your order or return.
